Britney Spears is in competition with Whitney Houston. They're both planning major comebacks. Britney has apparently been on fire in the studio lately, which is weird because we only ever seem to see her at Bally's.
Whitney is also set to be making a comeback and coming out with her first album in five years. She'll be collaborating with will.i.am, R. Kelly, John Legend, and Akon for her upcoming record.

Whitney Houston will be releasing her much anticiated album very soon. This will be her first album since 2002 which is a looooong time ago.
Sony BMG boss Clive Davis said that four songs have already been completely and there is four more she is working on.
"We're on track for a holiday release," he said. "We're not going to compromise who she is to fit into today's hip-hop radio market. The public wants Whitney material."

Ex junkie Whitney Houston is going to get paid $2.8 million dollars for a one hour performance at the Cauldwell Children Legends Ball at the Battersea Evolution arena on May 8. That's a lot of cheddar yo!
Houston was hired by billionaire philanthropist John Caudwell to give the rare one-hour performance.
