Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver front man Scott Weiland is denying allegations of driving under the influence and crashing his car.
Weiland was arrested after failed sobriety tests and noticeable impairment. He also refused to take a blood test. These are all clear signs of an intoxicated person, so I'm not understanding Weiland's argument.
His publicist says he was involved in a minor accident, not under the influence of any drugs, legal or illegal, and that he's anxious to get to court. Weiland is known for having a history of drug an alcohol problems.
