Singer Chris Brown, Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson, rappers Young Jeezy, Nelly, Lil' Wayne, Soulja Boy, Flo Rida, JabbaWockeez were all under one roof on Tuesday night as the 2008 BET Awards took over Los Angeles.
Chart topping singer Usher opened the show with a great act and hottie Rihanna took a bow with her latest single. Jill Scott stirred up emotions as she performed a tribute to Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Al Green and music mogul Quincy Jones received a much deserved “Humanitarian Award.”
The big winner of the night was Kanye West, while Alicia Keys and Chris Brown took home an award for Best R &B artists.
