Pete Doherty Is A No-Show

Pete Doherty
Pete Doherty just continues to disappoint his fans. He failed to show up to a show he was scheduled to perform in Paris. He was supposed to play Le Grand Rex, and left fans waiting for three hours before they announced he wasn't coming.

At first there were rumors that Pete was in the hospital, but those were quickly squashed. He did eventually show up at 11PM, but was too late for his show. The fans just had to settle for the opening act. What a loser!

Doherty was late due to the Eurostar system breakdown which the writer fails to mention for the sake of trying to create a cheap shot, false scandal. National Inquirer type, trashy, low-life gossip column. "What a loser"?? He sold out the prestiguious Royal Albert Hall in 20 minutes, scheduled to play there July 12. This is typical idiotic gossip journalism by Hollywood club burnout types. Pete Doherty's place in rock and roll has been well secured as a legend with those in the industry who count. Troubled? yes, but so was Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and other "losers" who are icons of the music world. Time will tell who the real "loser" is in this article.

he was late because of the eurostar system and even though the show was cancelled he played a small impro gig at Le Truskel. Get your facts sorted before you start slagging off a muscical genius.

HELLO Hollyscoop? Everyone knows it was not his fault. Get your facts straight! Although why he took a train, in lieu of a plane is odd to me!

You would be lucky to stand in the shadow cast by Pete Doherty. The most brilliant writer in music today. Good luck with your career writing bogus, cheap shot slags on truly talented artists. Anything for a buck, I guess.
