New Kids Better Than Backstreet

It's a battle of the boy bands that are now made up of grown adults! The New Kids are slamming the Backstreet Boys, saying that their comeback will be much more successful than theirs. Unlike NKOTB, Backstreet has come back several times since their beginning, and have never really had any success since their first album.

New Kids' Danny Wood says, "Backstreet's records sound the same as before their music didn't evolve like ours has. They never spoke too highly of us and said if we had talent we'd still be around. They should've probably kept their mouths shut!"

Haven't these guys grown out of the comparing stage? They should just be happy people are even acknowledging them these days! They're all so old now!

Tell 'em Danny! That's what I've been saying for years!Sorry, but BSB are nothing but cheap carbon copies of the New Kids on The Block plain and simple.

They're also right that the BSB's music never evolved. They keep putting out some version of the same ballad over and over. I have heard the BSB say too if NKOTB could actually sing they'd still be around. They sing better then BSB does. BSB's last album sold really bad.

The truth is stranger than fiction. When you're a walking contradiction. Lets go COPYCATS! BSB has been back for quite a while, you may have "paved the way" But hey you vanished and BSB took over, now its them who are paving the way for you! in the words of BSB, Don't Don't want you back ! PS. You can't even sing for yourselves, you have to join up with EVERY big name in the business. Do us all a favor and say BYE BYE BYE ... like NSYNC. You can't stand up to BSB.

Im speechless! Its sad because the backstreet boys havent said anything but praise these boys and here they are...the nkotb...bashing them. What a wonderful way to get people to come out to their concert and support them. I mean these guys are men now not little boys. But its comments like these that will always come back and follow them...always watch what you say "kids"! And what do you people know about the music backstreet boys make? Thats what you call real music...not everyone out there is lucky enough to appreciate good music like that.To each its own..we all have the right to express ourselves right?

No success since their first album?! What about Millenium, which closed down Times Square when they appeared on MTV to promote it. Black and Blue did quite well and I loved Never Gone, which was a different sound for them. And, just to point out, the Backstreet Boys were "Never Gone." Just because you take time off between CDs doesn't mean you're gone. I do however think the NKOTB comeback, which is their second (remember when they changed their name from words to the abbreviation cause that made them much cooler... right) is ridiculous and I wouldn't waste my time.

Well Miss Susan.If you think that BSB'S LAST album has sold bad,then you are probably looking at only the US Sales data.BSB's last album Never Gone which was their least successful Album sold over 10 million copies worldwide.So if you think that is poor sales then you should rethink again. Nickelback's hugely and most successful album "All the right Reasons" has sold less copies worldwide(9.8 million) than the last & least Successful NEVER GONE album by BSB.The stats reveal the truth....Now its upto you to make decision....

Last time I looked, the Backstreet Boys were WAY ahead of the New Kids on the Block when it comes to CD sales. BSB is in the 100 million-plus range. NKOTB is nowhere near those numbers and likely won't get much closer with this new album. I used to be a huge New Kids on the Block fan when I was a tween. Then they disappeared. I moved on, found BSB and haven't looked back. Listening to the new NKOTB album yesterday (online) I wasn't very impressed. They've retained little of their original charm. Meanwhile, the Backstreet Boys are carving out a nice career for themselves with a legion of devoted fans. I have no reason to believe NKOTB isn't just looking for a paycheck before slinking back into obscurity. Good luck with that.

Actually, Kevin is the only one who has made remarks against New Kids. He is no longer a member of BSB. The others have said positive things about New Kids. BSB have still been touring and selling very well as of late, especially in Europe, Japan and Canada. They still have a huge fanbase and didn't have the great hype of a 15 year reunion to back them up. They are still doing really well regardless if Danny wants to mock their album/tour success. There was once a time where New Kids weren't doing to well with their sales either, and there was a complete backlash against them. I bet he didn't feel to hot then.

I like the BSB better because their good singers. Why is Danny Wood doing this is he fuck up Backstreet Boys makes better singers and make more videos and was nomated for a Grammy the NKOTB can't.

I forgot something about the Backstreet Boys their support the American troops and the New Kids on the Block hate our American troops and the NKOTB say that that ours sucks.

New Kids on the Block are just looking for their five minutes of fame in the new millenium. That's all it's going to be. The Backstreet Boys have been around for over 15 years and they have fans that love them. They have class, integrity, and they are genuinely good people. New kids can go bashing whoever they want, because trash talk is all they've got going for them. Chances are that their concerts are gonna suck!!! BSB Forever.

YOO BSB rocks NKOTB changed their sound only cause theyre old sound sucked.. and its so like .. 80's :S lol .. and like in they're new song single ... all u hear is ne-yo and its supposed to be featuring him u bearly hear the new kids! so yea that makes them good singers?
