Mariah Carey The Musical On It's Way

Mariah Carey is working on a movie musical based on her wildly popular Christmas album.

Here's the basic storyline: When a real estate developer tries to turn a local town into one big shopping mall, Mariah steps in to save the day. "Her character uses song and love to keep the Christmas spirit alive," according to her producing partner Benny Medina.

She's kinda like Superman, only more plastic surgery and less actual power.
