Remember that silly waffle house fight Kid Rock got into in Hotlanta? Well, he's pleading not guilty to battery. He and five people in his entourage were all arrested back in October for "exchanging words" with other customers at the waffle house.
Kid wasn't present for the hearing, but his lawyer entered the plea on his behalf this morning. Wonder what will come of this sticky situation. Just throw him in jail.
