Rocker John Mayer admits he's a little obsessed Justin Timberlake. Mayer insists JT's work is "groundbreaking" and thinks Justin's "awesomeness" is changing the world of pop.
Mayer writes on his blog, "Those of you who've known me for a while are probably familiar with my firm defensive stance when it comes to the state of pop music. I think pop music is on a hot streak right now."
He adds, "Not so much for the LoveStoned part, but for the 45 seconds of ultimate sonic bliss that is I Think She Knows. It's J.T.'s breakthrough moment as an artist; a novel mix of Coldplay guitar lines, hip hop beats and a vocal approach somewhere in between. I spend the first 3:30 (minutes) preparing for the awesomeness to come. Then I yell at the speakers, 'Make this 4 minutes long and put it on the next disc!'"
I'll admit I love Justin's music, especially his last album, but he's not exactly a great guy. If you're a die-hard fan I'd suggest you pass on the chance to meet him in person, you'll be left disappointed because he's very rude.
