The Jackson five might be coming back, but don’t expect Janet Jackson to be fully dedicated to the Jackson family tour.
An “insider” told the NY Post, “Janet said she would be willing to participate in a few select shows next year, but [her fiancé] Jermaine Dupri is holding her out of it. He wants Janet to go back in the studio and record another album, and he’s also wary of having her be associated with Michael because he’s gotten such bad press and is just freaky.”
Spice Girls comeback seems to have been a success, lets hope the Jackson 5 can make a similar comeback. I think it would be a good thing for Janet Jackson to be a part of the tour. It might be the positive media attention that the family desperately needs.
