A Brooklyn-based band called Creaky Boards is accusing Chris Martin and Coldplay of stealing a melody from them. They say that Coldplay's Viva La Vida is just a little too similar to their song called The Songs I Didn't Write. We can definitely hear the similarities, but it's not a total rip-off. Chris Martin recently walked out of an interview with the BBC because he didn't want to answer questions about his new album. The interviewer began asking questions about Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends when Chris got uncomfortable and asked to leave the room.
