Clay Aiken Is Such A Queen

Is there anyone in America that actually thinks that Clay Aiken is straight? His new album, On My Way Here, drops on Monday, and Clay has decided to debut his new tunes in a very interesting way. Live on QVC! And yes, that's the home shopping network.

Clay says, "Starting my career on national, live television, it seems fitting to be unveiling my new album live on QVC. To be able to connect with QVC's viewers and broadcast my performance to over 93 million households is an amazing opportunity."

Your headline and undercutting comments are totally uncalled for. From what I've seen, lots of other great artists have sold their CD's there and he is in good company, no matter WHAT his sexuality is. If you folks are the kind of people that represent Hollywood, it's no wonder he left!

Are you implying only old people watch QVC. I watch QVC for scrapbooking and all my friends with babies get their scrapbooking supplies from QVC. It is a one stop place to catch grandma, mom and daughter all in one spot.

Hmmmm .... QVC shipped it's BILLIONTH package March 2007 and Barry Mannilow sold 40,000 CD's in one hour last September via QVC. Bridget, don't know which marketing classes you've been taking but these are NOT figures to turn your little princess nose up at.

he is so cool. but i just found out his secret that he have joined an online club Wealthy Kiss.c o m where people are wealthy and they're looking for companionship romance or love.i am not sure if it is ture, but it is horrible.

Why don't you latch on to the IDEA that very few of his (female) fans CARE what his sexuality is? For many, it does NOT matter. Surely you've heard the phrase, "we came for the voice, stayed for the man." Like the only reason we would like somebody is with the idea (or fantasy) we might sleep w/ them, become their lover, etc. LOL! Is the world really that juvenile? (I guess I have my answer.)

My humble opinion is Clay is straight by his own self-imposed good standards, intentions, and religious upbringing. I heard Clay say once on a TV interview that he “Didn’t fall in love easily”. My thinking is all the love that he might have in his heart for now is truly given up to his talents and fans. He is married to his career right now, and she does what she wants with him. This QVC session will sastisfy his many fans. As for me, I rejoice at any opportunity to see OMC live or on TV, and I think it is a smart move - I'm sure his bank account will show a nice increase - "Cha-Ching" - Hurrah for Clay !!! i have seen clay in concert on more than one occassion - if he is gay, so be it, that is his choice - many a performer has made it big and then we find out that he/she is gay - does it matter - he has a great voice - funny character - good performer - i buy his albums because i like his voice - does it matter whether he is gay or straight - like him, don't like him, the same as any other public figure - clay, you have many fans, keep singing

Bridget it must be sad to live the life you do. Clay on the other hand has a successful singing career,is in Spamalot on Broadway, has a foundation for children with disabilites and is a UNICEF Ambassador. You can only make snide remarks about celebrities! But, thanks for plugging Clay's new CD. It is going to be fantastic!!!!

Clay has made it clear in all of the interviews since the tabloid mess that he is not going to address the issue of his sexuality. That's fine. It should be all about the music. Buy it if you like it. I like his music.
