Did Avril Pay Off The Jonas Brothers?

The Jonas Brothers just posted a blog to update fans on their whereabouts, and they're doing a little Avril Lavigne a**-kissing. Apparently they're opening up for her on her European leg of her tour. Hopefully she has better ticket sales than she did in the U.S.!

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to let you know that we are safe and sound in Glasgow, Scotland. We flew all night, had a 3 hour layover in London, then on to Glasgow. This is our first time we have visited Scotland. It is beautiful!!

We are thinking about going to see Iron Man tonight. We will let you know what we think about the movie.

Tomorrow is our first show with Avril Lavigne. She has amazing music and we are looking forward to being on tour with her.

Actually contray to the gossip sites Avril's tour in north America was very successful, and the Jonus brothers have been big fans of Avril's music and asked Avril to help them get introduced into Europe because they are not verywell known in Europe. Avril is helping them get introduced to Europe. If you recall Avril was the best selling female artist in Europe in 2007, you can check this fact by googling MTV Music Awards Europe 2007, Avril won more awards than even Justin Timberlake and Rhianna over there. Her concerts in the US actually DID sell well, just not fast. And Perez Hilton, notorious for all negative Avril Lavigne news, blew it up to make it sound like she sold no tickets at all. Quite the contrary. And I doubt the Jonas Brothers were doing any ass-kissing. At the start of last year, they actually said one of their favourite female singers was Avril, so if anything, they're saying what they said purely because they LIKE her.
