Ashley Tisdale had her 'deviated septum' fixed sometime last week and she tried to take the stage days after the surgery. Things didn't go so well since she ran off stage suffering from a panic attack. She left a personal message on her website apologizing to her friends and fans.

Last night 'High School Musical' star Ashley Tisdale and Nick Lachey hosted the 75th annual Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lighting ceremony.
Tisdale took on the mic to perform a holiday song and was joined onstage by AMA winner Carrie Underwood, Sean Kingston, Taylor Swift and Josh Groban.
