Brooke White Is No Madonna

American Idol

Brooke White is definitely going home this week. It is unacceptable for a performer to start over in the middle of a song, which is what Brooke did last night during her song You Must Love Me from Evita.

It seems like she's trying the subliminal message thing that got Kristy Lee Cook so far in the competition. It serves Brooke right for trying to channel Madonna.

Oh please! It wasn't the middle of the song!!! She sang about 3 words and then asked to do it over! It just goes to show that not everyone is perfect and everyone makes mistakes!!

I commend Brooke for her bravery! I wasn't a big fan before, but I am beginning to see that she's human...she is what America is all about. She sings and speaks to average person...she's not perfect. I love her and voted for her hundreds of times last night because she deserves the respect of what she did. I thought she sounded wonderful even with the restart. She's genuine and that's what I love about her.

If I had someone in the audience laughing like a hyena at the beginning of that song, my focus would have been gone totally. I don't think she forgot anything.

Thank God that Brooke isn't Madonna. One is enough. Brooke was great, and had the best performance on the finale.
